Ebates! (How to use Ebates)

If you haven't heard of the latest internet cash back site yet, you're behind in saving! Ebates is a website where you can create an account and get cash back for your online purchases. They have thousands of stores and sites they are partners with and WILL give you cash back! There's no catch to it, and believe me when I say, absolutely no catch to it. Everything is FREE! You do not get charged for not using the account- as a matter of fact, they don't even take your credit card information. They will mail you a check if you do not wish to give them your Paypal account information. Simple as that!

When you first create an account, new members can get a $10 gift card (you may select from which ever store), or you can opt for the $5 cash credit to your account. In order to qualify for the bonus, you do have to make your first purchase of $25 or more going through their website. Easy, enough right? Yes, it is.

You get cash back for every purchase you make online if you went through Ebates first. Not following what I'm referring to? Don't worry- below is a step by step tutorial. To sign up, please click: Sign up for Ebates

Step by Step Tutorial:
When you first get to the website, you will see this pop-up, it will ask you to choose a gift card and to enter in your email for registration.

Once you register, your Ebates dashboard will look like this.

When you are ready to shop, you may enter in the store's website you wish to shop at in the "search" tab (as circled in the picture) or it may show up under your "favorites" if you have already visited that website once on Ebates. I used Sephora as an example, and Sephora is currently having 4% cash back. When you search for the store, Ebates will also tell you how much cash back you will receive.

After selecting the store, you will see the store's page on Ebates, then a button that says "shop now." Click on the button and a new window will open to redirect you to that store's website.

When a new window opens, it will look like this as it is creating a tracking ticket for your purchase. You may spend as much time as you want on the store's website, as long as you make the purchase in the same window, your tracking ticket stays valid. Even if you close out the window, your tracking ticket will remain valid, it will just take some manual labor to get it to track. I recommend using the same window to browse and complete your purchase.

When Ebates redirects you to the store's website, it will be their official website. The website may change depending on when the retailer decides to change their layout on the site. Once you hit this step, feel free to shop, shop, shop! You make your purchase and payment through the direct retailer, not through Ebates. Ebates just tracks your purchase and gives you cash back.

Your purchases will be shown here, under the "cash pending" link. You may earn cash back on friends referrals along with your purchases.

If you want to track your purchases and your cash backs, all you have to do is click on "cash pending" on your dashboard.

And there is the whole step by step tutorial. I hope it makes sense and I hope you earn lots of cash back now that you've learned about Ebates! I personally, recommend the website as it is extremely helpful to save on your purchases. Ebates even give you coupon codes if there is one! I hope you all sign up and start your New Year with all the savings you can get.

If you're new to Ebates, you may click here to register for a new account and start earning cash back! Please leave me a comment below if you have any questions. Thank you!

**Disclaimer: Ebates does not pay me to advertise or blog about their website. I am not a partner of Ebates, all new accounts through this blog will be strictly based on the promotional rates of the friends referral program as offered on their website.
